DIOR holiday 2009 collection + Give-away

Have you seen the DIOR Cristal Boreale collection yet? Where have you been hiding?

The following images from this collection are from Temptalia and Make-up 4 all (Click images to enlarge):

5-colour iridescent eye-shadow in Smokey crystal (089) and Purple crystal (169)

Crystal eye-shadow in Purple Gem (152) and Silver Gem (012)

Rouge Dior Lipcolor in Illustrous Pink (465) and Mauve Aristocrat (585)

Rouge Dior cream gloss in Violet Shine (485)

Intense liquid eyeliner in Sparkling Purple (174)

Halloween is dead and gone and now is the time to focus on the holiday season and gifts. Silver is so in season and this collection has some very nice silver and matching shades.

Here are swatches of some products from this collection:

The only thing I personally really love from the swatches is the silver gem crystal eyeshadow. These products are highly pigmented and very glittery. The purple eyeliner took forever to take off, which I guess is a mark of its long lasting effect. The presentation is amazing so if you have some pounds to spare (You know Dior is pricey right?) these will make the perfect Christmas for someone special.

I had to save the best for last. This year Dior and Swarovski teamed up and came up with this:

It has 52 swarovski crystals including the Aurore Borealis crystal. It is so beautiful and it opens up like a locket to reveal a lipgloss. There are 2 shades of lipglosses to chose from: Pink Crystal (shown below) and Pure Crystal, a silver lip gloss (looks just like the silver eye shadow).

At the moment, this crystal is sitting on my table like this :)
You know what I'm going to do with it don't you? You have to stay tuned for this one because this is a very special give-away which I will announce on the 22nd of November. All I can tell you is that you need to follow me on twitter to stand a chance of winning this goodie.

Stay beautiful....
